Important Information About Making A Reservation
We now require the full name, telephone number and email address of every person staying in the room with you WHEN you make the reservation.
You may not make more than ONE reservation or have more than one room in your name / reservation.
You may add / change guests later at any time

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY INFORMATION
Omni Hotels Select Guest Upgrade Policy
Reservations made through Decadent Ducks at our group rates are not eligible for upgrades based upon your status in the Omni Select Guest program like regular reservations. Please do not put hotel staff or Loyalty Ambassador in the uncomfortable position of having to decline your request for an upgrade. They will not be able to give any upgrades for any reason to rooms booked at our discounted group rates. If you would like to attempt to be upgraded to a higher quality room, make a regular reservation and go through the regular Select Guest upgrade process.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel relies on us to fill a certain number of rooms, and cancellations may create a vacancy that is not easy to fill. For this reason, any cancellation after August 1, will incur a cancellation fee of 1 night's room and tax. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of cancellation. You agree to these terms by making a reservation and may not dispute the charge on your credit card at a later date.
Modification Policy
You may request changes to existing reservations at any time. These changes are subject to availability and every attempt will be made to make the change. Date changes are usually very easy to make, but changes to the room type are not always possible, especially as the event date gets closer. It is highly recommended that you speak with Decadent Duck Events staff in order to discuss room type changes.
No-Show Policy
The hotel relies on us to fill a certain number of rooms, and not showing up for your reservation makes it impossible for the hotel or Decadent Duck Events to sell the room. For this reason, anyone who does not arrive for their reservation will be charged for the entire reservation. You agree to these terms by making a reservation and may not dispute the charge on your credit card at a later date.

EVENT ATTENDANCE POLICY INFORMATION
Public Areas / Conduct Policy
The hotel has a zero tolerance policy on sexual activities in public hallways, public restrooms, and the pool restrooms and changing rooms for all guests. Anyone found to be engaging in any sexual activities on hotel property that is not in their hotel room will be escorted off the property immediately by security and will be charged for the full amount of any remaining nights of their stay. Note that evictions from the property may affect the entire room of guests, and not just a single individual.
Public Nudity / Clothing Requirements / Hotel Common Areas
No public nudity is allowed in any common areas of the hotel. Swim wear is not allowed in the lobby, and shirts must be worn in the lobby, which includes while entering and exiting the hotel. If you wish to enter and exit the hotel without a shirt, please go to the Lower Level and enter and exit through the garage on Chartres Street. Jock straps may not be worn in the public hallways at any time. Please be aware that non Duck Guests, which may include under-age Guests are staying in the hotel.
Photography, Video, and Social Media
All Duck events are in public areas. By attending, you grant Decadent Ducks the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance whether recorded on or transferred to video or still image of any type, for publication, broadcast or use on the web, or any other medium for any purpose.
Other Guests and members of the public may also take and make pictures public. All Guests should use good judgment, discretion and respect people’s privacy before posting, tagging, or sharing pictures with other people or on social media sites.
Limitation of Liability
Agree not to hold Decadent Duck Events, LLC, its owners, Guests, Sponsors, Volunteers, or any commercial establishment, venue or its Staff used in conjunction with this event responsible for any loss or injury either to their property or their person while participating in this event.
Please be sure that you are aware of the full cancellation and change policy before making your reservation. We cannot be responsible for your failure to be aware of the policies.

Your reservation will be updated, and a new confirmation will be sent to you.
